A TWIST ON THE CLASSIC SAZERAC
Ingredients
– 2 oz of B&D V.S.O.P.
– 0.5 oz of bergamot liqueur
– 1 dash angostura bitters
– 1 dash peychauds bitters
– grapefruit twist garnish
How to make
First, smoke a tumbler glass. In another glass add the Cognac and mix it with the bergamot liqueur and all other bitters. Stir over ice until cold. Stop the smoking in the first glass and pour the chilled liquid into it. As a final touch, cut and twist a grapefruit peel and garnish the glass with it.

In a Tumbler Glass. Stirred.
